- Favorite past time used to be Soccer, but Michael's knees don't agree with that. His doctor told him when he was 19 that he'd never be a runner, especially not running up hills. He has now ran Mount Marathon 15 times (that should tell you a little about his personality). He also enjoys making music, especially singing.

Therapy
Michael J. Craytor, PsyD, LPC provides individual therapy for adults and youth. Therapy is offered in office, via telehealth, or through a combination of both. Primary counseling approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, EMDR, and a form of neuro-informed counseling that draws on extensive training in neuropsychology and research experience in the behavioral neuroscience field.
As a rural mental health provider, Michael is a generalist and will work with most conditions, and has specific training and specialization working with the following conditions and challenges:
